Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules and guidelines governing the use of our services. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities

Below are the rules that you must follow in order to use AkiraCart’s services:

  1. Sale of Prohibited Goods and Services

    Users are strictly prohibited from using our services to engage in or promote any of the following activities, industries, or goods:

    • Sale of Firearms

      The sale, exchange, or promotion of firearms, ammunition, explosive devices, or related accessories is strictly prohibited.

    • Illegal Drugs and Substances

      The sale, distribution, or promotion of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia is strictly prohibited.

    • Sale of Cigarettes

      The sale, exchange, or promotion of cigarettes.

    • Sale of Alcohol to Minors

      The sale of alcoholic beverages to individuals under the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction is strictly prohibited. Users must adhere to local and national regulations regarding the sale of alcohol. Merchants are responsible for verifying age of purchasers during transactions. In addition, use of implemented 3rd party services, such as DoorDash Drive, for delivery of alcoholic beverages will not be allowed.

    • Gambling

      Any activities related to gambling, including but not limited to online casinos, sports betting, and lottery services, are prohibited.

    • Sale of the Following:

      (a) Items that encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity. (b) Stolen goods including digital and virtual goods. (c) Items that promote hate, violence, racism or other forms of intolerance that are discriminatory. (d) Items that are considered obscene. (e) Items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction.

  2. Invalid Transactions

    Users are not permitted to be performing transactions that: (a) show the personal information of third parties in violation of applicable law, (b) support pyramid or ponzi schemes, matrix programs, other “get rich quick” schemes or certain multi-level marketing programs, (c) are associated with purchases of annuities or lottery contracts, lay-away systems, off-shore banking or transactions to finance or refinance debts funded by a credit card, (d) are for the sale of certain items before the seller has control or possession of the item, (e) are by payment processors to collect payments on behalf of merchants, (f) are associated with the sale of traveler’s checks or money orders, (g) involve currency exchanges or check cashing businesses, (h) involve certain credit repair, debt settlement services, credit transactions or insurance activities, or (i) involve offering or receiving payments for the purpose of bribery or corruption

  3. Harmful Content

    Users are prohibited from posting, sharing, or promoting content that is harmful or illegal. This includes but is not limited to hate speech, harassment, discrimination, child exploitation, or any content that incites violence.

  4. Intellectual Property Violations

    Users must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. This includes using our platform to share copyrighted materials, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets without proper authorization.

  5. Malicious Activities

    Any attempt to engage in malicious activities such as hacking, spamming, phishing, hateful speech or any other form of cyber-crime is strictly prohibited.

  6. Violation of Privacy

    Users must respect the privacy of others and not engage in activities that compromise the security or privacy of individuals, including unauthorized data collection or surveillance.

Consequences of Violation

Failure to comply with this Policy may result in the termination of your account, legal action, or other appropriate remedies as determined by our discretion.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violations of this Policy or believe that your account has been compromised, please report it to us immediately by emailing violations@akiracart.com or by calling 830-339-2068.
